I currently lead the BBC’s flagship social media teams for iPlayer and BBC Three, shaping campaigns that connect with under-35 audiences in particular, and the UK audience at large, and drive SVOD growth.
● Delivered a double-digit uplift in views across priority campaigns including The Traitors, Gladiators, Doctor Who, Drag Race UK, Gavin and Stacey and A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder.
● Generated billions of video views in the past year by integrating talent and creator partnerships into platform-first campaigns.
● Introduced AI-powered workflows in a high-stakes public service environment, increasing efficiency, coaching and accessibility.
● Oversaw two of the UK’s top three entertainment programmes in 2024 and secured multiple award nominations.

ITV Studios (Potato)Head of Digital Content
Played an instrumental role in defining Potato’s social and digital content strategy and execution. I set up the social media vision, strategy and framework to use social media and other channels to drive engagement towards our shows. Focus on development, management and creation of social media campaigns, branded content, digital video and original short form content.
Key Responsibilities:
● Managing all the digital content output of ITV Studios’s label Potato.
● Effectively manage multiple show launches to ensure maximum amplification on social, drive views to simulcast and streaming viewing and raise the profile of our titles.
● Driving innovation and creative excellence across social and online video channels.
● Unlock revenue streams around our existing IP and build commercial partnerships that work, which I do by working closely with Commercial, Partnerships and Activations teams.
● Create and develop brand new content for multiple platforms, such as short form, podcasts and TV.
● Community growth and management of over 2.5M fans across all platforms.
● Build, lead and nurture a growing diverse team of high performing individuals.
Key Achievement/Projects:
● Brainiac TikTok account organically reached 485k followers since its launch in February
2021. The show hasn’t been on TV since 2008. The Chase TikTok account is on track to reach 100k on the platform in less than 3 months.
● Consistent double-digit growth in YouTube views and revenue over the past two years; on track to deliver the same growth rate this year (to 37M views).
● ITV Hub’s first original short form commission with The Chase EXTRA, that we’ve developed and made in partnership with Gala Bingo.
● Creation, development and implementation of the digital content partnership with Carex and Mummy Diaries that delivered 6.5M impressions across 8 posts (around 35% above expectations).
● We’ve raised the profile of our shows and that kept them getting recommissioned and
winning awards.

Worked across multiple projects both in development and broadcasting as a producer, director or edit producer. I also worked on social media activation on key shows and developed our YouTube channels and commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Produce and direct high quality segments for the main terrestrial television channels in the UK: BBC, ITV, ITVBe, Channel 5.
● Edit Produce segments on TV shows to the highest standards and editorial control, including comm writing, story development, episode shaping and delivery.
● Develop and produce pitch decks and taster tapes that led to commissions (Trevor McDonald: An Hour to Catch a Killer).
Key Achievement/Projects:
● Self-shooting Producer-Director on Ninja Warrior UK Series 2 and 3 (VTs and greenscreen chats).
● Edit Produced reality shows and entertainment formats like Bear Grylls Survival School (Series 2), Sam and Billie Faiers: The Mummy Diaries (Series 4 and 5), Ferne McCann: First
Time Mum (Series 3) and Iain Stirling’s CelebAbility (Series 1 VTs).
● Content development and strategy for The Chase and Ninja Warrior UK YouTube channels.
● Social media support on key Potato shows.
